We organized a presentation of the Locus robots, where we shared our experience with existing and potential partners on how robot implementation has transformed daily operations and created real value for our team.
Automation has helped us structure processes and responsibilities more clearly – from order picking to shipment preparation. Daily work has become less repetitive, physically easier, and more dynamic, while teamwork and collaboration have strengthened.
The results are also reflected in the numbers: average productivity has increased, and performance differences between employees have significantly decreased. Even slower pickers have become more efficient with the support of robotic solutions.
For us, these solutions are not just about technology or automation. They are an investment in people, process quality, and sustainable long-term growth.
