Last year, Sakalas team members took part in a training session focused on “Stepping Out of the Comfort Zone.” This year, they took one step further toward embracing extremity. Sakalas team members embarked on a 16-hour night hike filled with experiential challenges, culminating in an open-air overnight stay under the stars—no tents allowed.
The goal of this training was to explore individual and team responses to presented tasks, obstacles, and the unknown. It is only through new challenges that we can grow, develop, and gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and our colleagues.
We are proud of everyone who faced these challenges head-on and dared to step out of their comfort zones because, in the end, all limits and fears exist only in our minds!
