In October, the company held an internal conference during which the results for 2025 were reviewed, along with the remaining plans for the year and the key strategic directions for 2026.
Heads of different sales channels presented their performance results, shared success stories, discussed challenges, and outlined forecasts for the future. Sales managers were introduced to key manufacturers, product innovations, and market trends that will help further strengthen brand positions in the Lithuanian market.
The conference also highlighted a new stage in the company’s development – the acquisition of the Latvian company SIA “Futurus Food”. Company management presented the product portfolio that will be launched in the Lithuanian market in the near future.
The finance department reviewed the economic situation, assessed global trends, and analysed local factors such as sugar excise duties and the impact of pension reform on the sector.
After an intensive day, participants took part in improvisation workshops led by Audrius Bružas, which helped strengthen team energy and creativity.
Such conferences contribute to the overall growth of the organisation, help align objectives, and strengthen internal cooperation.
